a) To ensure the item arrives in excellent condition, we request that you create an unboxing video prior to opening the package.
b) This video will act as evidence of the item's state upon arrival, indicating whether it is intact or damaged, and if it is complete. Without a video as proof, we may reject any claims made during the complaint process.
c) Returns and exchanges apply only to items that are defective, damaged on our end, or delivered incorrectly, provided tags are still attached.
d) These must be initiated within 7 DAYS of receipt, along with the official receipt.
e) Exchanges are dependent on stock and are limited to the identical item in the same color and size.
f) Refunds are not permitted.
g) Items marked as SALE, AS-IS, DEFECTIVE SALE, or PROMOTIONAL-PRICE are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. h) We are not liable for items bought from scammers. Prior to any returns or exchanges, customers should contact our sales team.
